• How much does postage and packaging cost?
  There is a flat rate of £1.20 P&P, unless you are ordering a lorry load.

• I have a design idea how can I contact you?
  You can reach us at ideas@shamglam.co.uk

• Will you make anything?
  No, nothing that will easily break, or can be seen as offensive to others.

• Can I mix and match what I want?
  YES, that is the whole idea.

• Do you accept returns?
  For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns.

• What forms of payment do you accept?
  We only accept PayPal transactions.

• Do you have a shop?
  Not yet, but we are working on it.
  We do have a stand at Camden Lock Market; see our outlet section for dates of when we will be there.

• What is the jewellery made from?
  The Icons are made from acrylic, the chains are Nickel Plated Steel, and the bails holding them together are silver plated. The ear-hooks are also silver plated.

• Do you do smaller chains?
  No, but the best part is that you can cut the chain with regular wire cutters to any length you want.

• Why does PayPal report a price different to your site?
  Due to the way discounts are calculated - and certain limitations in the PayPal shopping cart system - rounding errors can potentially cause the reported price to sometimes vary by a couple of pence. The good news is that we will always round these errors down, so you will never end up paying more than you should!
